Terms and Conditions
Pangasinan State University – Asingan Campus
ETEEAP e-Learning Management System

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ETEEAP e-Learning Management System (LMS) of Pangasinan State University – Asingan Campus. By accessing or using the LMS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Eligibility
This system is open to all users. Students, instructors, visitors, staff of PSU, and other authorized individuals are permitted to use the LMS.

2. Account Responsibility

  • Users must keep their account credentials (username and password) confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • Immediately report any unauthorized access to the system administrator.

3. Acceptable Use
By using the LMS, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for educational and academic purposes.

  • Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of other users.

  • Avoid uploading or sharing offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

  • Follow all PSU Asingan rules and policies related to academic conduct.

4. Content Ownership

  • All materials provided in the LMS (lectures, modules, quizzes, etc.) are the property of PSU Asingan or its instructors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

  • Any content you upload (e.g., assignments) remains your intellectual property, but you grant PSU Asingan the right to use it for educational purposes.

  • In the event you don't want to enroll anymore you have the option to delete your user data.

5. System Availability and Maintenance

  • PSU Asingan aims to keep the LMS accessible at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • The system may undergo scheduled maintenance or updates without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All personal and academic data are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the LMS, you consent to the collection and use of your data for academic administration and improvement of the platform.

7. Violation of Terms
Violating these terms may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of LMS access

  • Disciplinary action as per university policies

  • Reporting to relevant authorities if necessary

8. Disclaimer

  • The LMS and its content are provided “as is.” PSU Asingan makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability.

  • PSU Asingan is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the LMS.

9. Modifications
PSU Asingan reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the LMS and are effective immediately upon posting.
